The City of Madisonville has adopted new policies and procedures for Plan Review and Permit Applications. Please allow for up to fourteen days for Plan Review for New Construction and Large Remodel/Renovation projects.

As a service to our residents, contractors operating within the City Limits are encouraged to register with the City. At the time of submission, the contractors applicable state license and liability insurance are verified to be current and active. Registration is required annually. The list is published to provide residents options to select contractors that meet their needs. If you are a contractor or know a contractor who is not listed below, please complete and return the Contractor Registration application with required submittal documents. Contractor registration is free. This list is updated on or about the 1st and 15th of each month as necessary. Contractors are listed in the order that they are registered.

Completely fill out and sign the application, and return with applicable submittal requirements. All permits require a Final Inspection at a minimum. Inspections are performed from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Typically, inspections are performed the following business day.
